Notice of Special Meeting: Borough of Demarest

The Governing Body of the Borough of Demarest will conduct a Special Meeting in the Council Chambers at 118 Serpentine Rd. on April 28, 2025 at 5:30 pm in order to conduct an executive session related to Affordable Housing Legal Update and Potential Litigation. Followed by a public meeting to begin at 6:15 pm to discuss the design and construction of a Road Improvement Project of Stelfox St. & Stewart St.  Formal Action may be taken.

The meeting will be followed by the regularly scheduled Council Meeting at 7:30pm.
