As per the Borough’s 2018 Settlement Agreement, Demarest is required to prepare a midpoint realistic opportunity review. The Borough is required to post said review on the municipal website. Please be advised that any interested party may submit comments to the Borough of Demarest, with a copy to Fair Share Housing Center, regarding whether any sites no longer present a realistic opportunity and should be replaced and whether any mechanisms to meet unmet need should be revised or supplemented
