DEMAREST DAY 2025 REGISTRATION FORM

Dear Friends of Demarest:

We are excited to announce Demarest Day will be on September 20, 2025 from 1PM to 6PM (rain date September 27th, 2025). We invite you to become a sponsor to make this year's Demarest Day a memorable event that brings the community together for family-friendly fun, good music, delicious food and drinks, and spectacular reworks.

Below are several options to participate in Demarest Day, however monetary donations of any amount are welcome. We will also consider in-kind donations of services, such as kids' activities and family-friendly entertainment, or products such as bottled water or food samples as long as they are appropriate for Demarest Day. Non-prot organizations with local aliation to the Northern Valley area are invited to participate at no charge, but must still complete a registration form. All participants must bring their own tables and chairs.

$50 Family Sponsor - name recognition on Volunteer T-shirts

$100 Community Sponsor - name recognition on Volunteer T-shirt and signage, optional vendor spot at the event (no selling)

$250 Small Business Sponsor - vendor spot at the event and tote bag (may charge at the event).

$185 Food Vendor Sponsor - restaurant or food truck (may charge at the event). Note: includes a $35 fee to the Board of Health for a temporary food permit. An additional re department permit fee may be required for vendors using propane.

$500 Kids' Activity Sponsor - choice of sponsored face painting, magician, balloon artist, or small bounce house, logo on kids' activity sign, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2024 tote bags, and optional vendor spot at the event

$1,000 - $2,500 Family Fun Sponsor - choice of sponsored large inatable, ticketed games, DJ, photo booth, or similar family-friendly activity or entertainment, logo on signage for the activity or entertainment, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2024 tote bags, and optional vendor spot at the event More than

$2,500 Demarest Day Title Sponsor - choice of sponsored activity or ride, logo on marketing materials and signs, prime vendor table location, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2023 tote bags, and optional vendor spot
